Dr. Issam El Napa, Founding Chair, Dept of Machine Learning., MOFFIT Cancer Center - Dr. Issam El Naqa specializes in imaging analytics, bioinformatics, and outcomes modeling. As the founding chair of the Department of Machine Learning at Moffitt Cancer Center, he is an internationally recognized expert in machine learning, data analytics, and oncology outcomes modeling. He has published over 220 peer-reviewed articles and edited four textbooks. |

San has managed billion-dollar funds and has experience in the technology, infrastructure, consumer, blockchain, agriculture, and real estate sectors in the USA, Canada, and Asia. He has been seated on boards and advised founders of three dozen companies. |
