We are thrilled to invite you to an engaging event on the topic co-hosted by the Penn/Wharton Club of Greater Tampa and Harvard Alumni Club of Tampa Bay. This event features distinguished speakers, including industry leaders and top executives from Jabil, ARK Invest, HappiNest.AI, Moffitt Cancer Center, Raymond James, and Skytian Capital.

Note: this event is first come, first serve and priority given to Penn/Wharton and Harvard alums (each alum can bring one guest, please).  Only those registered and paid may be reserved a seat.

May Yap, Chief Information Officer, Jabil -May is Jabil's CIO and SVP, overseeing IT operations across over 100 global sites. She leads digital transformation programs to align with Jabil's digital factory ambitions, integrating Information, Engineering, and Operation technologies for an agile and innovative organization. She was recognized on Forbes’ inaugural CIO Next list and as IDC’s Asia Pacific and Singapore CIO of the Year in 2021.
Brett Winton, Chief Futurist, ARK Invest - Brett has directed research at ARK Invest, an asset manager focused on disruptive innovation, since its inception in 2014. He oversees all forecasts and underwriting for the firm, now the largest actively managed ETF provider globally. Brett leads ARK’s research team and cultivates its open-source ecosystem, generating differentiated forecasts across AI, robotics, genomics, batteries, and blockchain.
Shehab Ismail, CTO, HappiNest.ai - Shehab, a Founder and CTO of HappiNest.AI, is a serial AI and software innovator with extensive experience in fragmented industries. He has built companies to six-to-seven-figure annual recurring revenues (ARRs) and successfully exited them. At HappiNest.AI, Shehab empowers property management companies and landlords with AI-powered tools and services to significantly improve service quality and maximize NOI.
Dr. Issam El Napa, Founding Chair, Dept of Machine Learning., MOFFIT Cancer Center - Dr. Issam El Naqa specializes in imaging analytics, bioinformatics, and outcomes modeling. As the founding chair of the Department of Machine Learning at Moffitt Cancer Center, he is an internationally recognized expert in machine learning, data analytics, and oncology outcomes modeling. He has published over 220 peer-reviewed articles and edited four textbooks.
Jeff Griffith, Raymond James -Jeff Griffith has spent over 20 years building wealth management technology. He now leads Carillon Labs, Raymond James' in-house ML/AI innovation center. This group shapes AI strategy and builds tools that enable teams across the firm to leverage AI capabilities safely and effectively.
San Eng, President of Skytian Capital and Co-President of the Penn/Wharton Club, San is an “Investropreneur” who has deployed $700m in venture capital and private equity across multiple asset classes including AI/tech and a serial entrepreneur/founder who has raised $200m and exited several businesses. San has managed billion-dollar funds and has experience in the technology, infrastructure, consumer, blockchain, agriculture, and real estate sectors in the USA, Canada, and Asia. He has been seated on boards and advised founders of three dozen companies.
