A Day at the Races! (Tampa Bay Downs)
After high demand we will be bringing this event back. Join us in the VIP Room for lunch, meeting fellow alumni and a fun day at the track.
After much demand, we will be bringing this event back. Join us as we visit Tampa Bay Downs and enjoy a day at the races, lunch, meeting with fellow alumni and recent Harvard Admits and their family.
The event begins at 11am, lunch served from 11:30-12:30pm, Alumni will have the opportunity to have their picture with the winning horse (of Race 1) around 12:25pm, followed by alumni networking, watching the races.
On Race Day, the Schedule is as follows:
- 10:45 AM Please arrive at the Clubhouse Gate (South End of the property)
- 11:00 am Please enter the CLUBHOUSE gate (South end of the property) proceed to the VIP room which is on the 1st floor just past the Sports Gallery.
- 11:30am-12:30 Lunch
- 12:25pm 1st race and your race presentation. Please be in front of the winners circle 5 min prior to the race.
- Approx 5:15pm races conclude

IMPORTANT DETAILS REGARDING TICKET DISTRIBUTION:
Please arrive at the Clubhouse Gate (South End of the Property) by 10:45 AM to receive your tickets to enter. A Harvard Club Officer will be standing by the gate and will provide you with your tickets to enter. For those who arrive after 11 AM, your tickets will be left in an envelope with your name, at the Pass Gate itself (near the clubhouse). Tell the woman at the gate your name and she will hand you your tickets to enter.
