Payment Policy

Through the auspices of the Harvard Alumni Association, we have made arrangements for secure online payment through our website.
The Club accepts Credit Card Payments online (Visa & Mastercard) and we prefer that you pay online through the secure processes on the website provided by CyberSource.

We also accept payment by check.  Checks should be made payable to:  The Harvard Club of the West Coast of Florida and sent to:

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Harvard Club of the West Coast of Florida is a volunteer organization with limited resources.  We do not provide refunds for dues, fees or event fees if you personally cancel.  If an event is cancelled in entirety, refunds will be provided to any member having already paid.  If you wish to pursue a refund despite this policy, please submit your request to the Club Treasurer: dylan.mccrory@gmail.com
